The other syrups were alright. Mountain Mist has an odd after taste but it serves its purpose. The lemon lime syrup is what I had an issue with. Most people see lemon lime as a clear syrup. This was a dark nasty green, darker than mountain mist, and the taste was not good... At all. A bad after taste and it looked like green slime. I'm not sure why they choose to add so much artificial coloring to it. It's just unnecessary.

Cola
Cola has historically been my favorite soda flavor; however, I think the Chocolate Cola I recently brewed from a 4 oz bottle of concentrate just topped it. If you are unsure of a flavor, you should probably order the 4 oz bottle of concentrate to try it out first before grabbing a whole gallon of the stuff. The Rio Cola concentrate can brew a good cola. I figured it had to be better than the Soda Stream cola flavor that it was replacing. I was very correct. Depending on which sweetener you use and how strong you mix it, you can get very close to the flavors of the major brands (without the high fructose corn syrup or fructose-glucose crap as it's referred to here in Canada). It also turns out to be much cheaper (even one one includes the cost of shipping across the border into Canada). Now when I say much cheaper, I mean like 1/4 the cost tops, although that doesn't include the sweetener. Even with the sweetener cost, I still come in at well under half the cost of the Soda Stream syrup offered locally. The gallon jugs are the way to go when it comes to being cost efficient. I personally order 1 gallon as this should yield between 700-800 liters of soda. I am planning on placing another order when this batch starts to get low; however, I am currently leaning toward the Chocolate Cola flavor. Guess I will see when that time comes. Obviously I recommend the Cola and the gallon format to order it in.

I love the taste of the RIO COLA syrup ! Pepsi has so much chemicals in it ! Now I make my own soda more healthy by using my real spring water & organic sugar! I like to deal with Prairie Moon, great products reasonably priced. Great web sight, lots of products to choose from & fast shipping

Grape
Grape is my wife's favorite flavor, just after orange. She likes it mixed with a little extra concentrate for additional flavor.

Best return on investment
Using your cola concentrate, I am able to create a recipe for diet cola that my family believes is very close to the taste and finish of a hugely popular and increasingly more expensive commercial soda. I trust and hope our relationship will be a long one.

Customers love it.
Prairie Moon I fined your quick service and your products to be excellent. I have used it to make dry ice root beer and cream soda. The gallon jug is less cost, easier to handle and takes less space for storage. Recently I have had the opportunity to serve 16oz drinks at the a County Fair. The feed back is great, my customers love it.

This is a great value and if you are already in love with the result, buying it in this quantity ia a real value. I have modified the recipe by adding twice the amount of sugar and 3 times the quantity of concentrate. This way, I can use 1/2 as much syrup for each bottle I make. Now I don't have to empty out as much water from the seltzer product bottle.
